This is a pair of commercially made woodland camouflage "Gore-Tex" ECWCS pants. They are in size Small/Regular. They are in NOS, unused condition.
These are not military issue pants, but they are very high quality copies. Based on the material and stitching I would guess these were made by a government contractor. The main difference is that most G.I. Gore-Tex jackets and pants feature "Gore-Tex" labeled seam tape. These pants lack the official identifier and any military quartermaster labels.
These are meant as lightweight over-pants. They feature a zippered fly, adjustable bungee cord waist bands with barrel cord locks, pass-through waist pockets, Velcro adjustable leg cuffs and a zipper running from the cuff to the calf. These would make excellent pants for camping and hiking, especially in cold and/or wet climates.
