This is a commercially made Sage Green MA-1 Flight/Bomber Jacket in size Large. It is in used, very good condition. There are some small stains on the shoulders and sleeves. This jacket was made by a U.S. Department of Defense contractor, Alpha Industries, who makes these jackets for the U.S. Military. The difference between this jacket and an issue version is that this one lacks the orange high visibility lining meant to aid pilots during search and rescue.
This jacket was custom embroidered. I do not know what "BNE Los Angeles" is, but it makes for a cool logo.
This is an exact copy of the late model MA-1 jackets by the government contractor. This is a classic icon of American military fashion and highly sought after.
