This is for a pair of 1/12 scale paratrooper scarves in the WWII frogskin camouflage pattern. Each order consists of two scarves. The pattern was accurately produced in 1/12 scale for nylon parachutes for 6" toys.
During WWII it was common to see American paratroopers wearing makeshift scarves made from camouflage parachute silk. This practice carried on well into the 1960's using the same parachute silk and soldiers in Vietnam could even be seen following in their father's footsteps with frogskin camo scarves or headbands.
