This is a woodland camo M-65 field jacket in size Medium/Regular. The jacket is genuine G.I. issue. This jacket is in very good, used condition. There are signs that it was laundered, such as some slight pilling at the collar (pictured). This is the real deal, not an aftermarket copy.
A previous owner decided to turn this into their punk rock parka. On the breast pockets are stencils for Rancid and the Sex Pistols. On both of the epaulettes are stenciled the Ramones. All of the stencils are clean and well done with permanent marker; they were not just scribbled on to the jacket. For the vintage punk rawk enthusiast, this field jacket is perfect. For those needing an M-65, the stencils do not detract from the camouflage.
Although they are considered bulky by today's outerwear standards, the M-65 field jacket is an icon of military fashion. They are extremely rugged and very warm. They are perfect for hunting or general outdoor activity where the wearer does not have to pack for extended periods.
Keep in mind that these jackets were sized to be worn over a full set of fatigues.
