This is a rare and unique piece of American military history...
For your consideration is a pair of Vietnam War women's fatigue pants. They are in size 18 (please see measurements). The pants are in used, very good condition. They are made of the same OG-107 rip stop as the men's jungle fatigues. These pants are dated 1975. They feature two side thigh cargo pockets with a single button closure. Instead of a men's front fly, they feature adjustable side buttons on both sides of the waist.
As I understand it, these pants were meant to be fairly high waisted.
These pants were issued to members of the Women's Army Corps (WACs). They are often associated with nurses even though they saw more widespread use.
